Washington which originally began as a favorite stop over for Thai Airways Crew at SeaTac Airport over two decades ago. At Noi Thai Cuisine, we pride ourselves on making high quality food and giving our guests a real authentic Thai taste. We strive to bring our guests the best in Thai cuisine as our food is authentically prepared and beautifully presented. PAD THAI
Known as one of the most popular Thai noodle dishes, our version features stir-fried thin rice noodles mixed with a tangy tamarind sauce combined with egg, tofu, bean sprouts and ground peanuts.
BLACK NOODLES (PAD SEI-IEW)
Stir-fried wide rice noodles with egg and broccoli seasoned with flavorful soy sauce and tossed in a hot wok.
DRUNKEN NOODLES
(KHI MAO NOODLES)
Inspired by Thailand countryside tastes, these stir-fried wide rice noodles are mixed with egg, fresh basil, bell peppers, broccoli, bamboo shoots and tomatoes.
CASHEW NUT CHICKEN *
Sliced chicken breast stir-fried in our famous cashew nut sauce with red and green bell peppers, celery, carrots, red onions and cashew nuts. Also available with fried tofu.
SPICY THAI BASIL STIR-FRY *
(KHAO KA PROW)
Choice of ground chicken or pork stir-fried with Thai basil, bell peppers, topped with fried egg then served over rice.
SPICY GREEN BEANS **
Stir-fried crisp green beans in a savory sauce of garlic and spicy dried shrimp paste with choice of chicken, pork or tofu.
SIAM SPICY EGGPLANT *
An Eggplant Lover’s dish. Grilled eggplant sautéed with basil and bell peppers in our tasty homemade sauce and your choice of chicken, pork or tofu.
CRISPY GARLIC CHICKEN
Our house specialty. Lightly battered and fried boneless chicken pieces, stir-fried in a sweet garlic-infused sauce topped with crispy fried basil
leaves and red bell peppers.
SWIMMING RAMA (GF)
Sliced tender chicken breast served with fresh spinach drizzled with our famous homemade peanut sauce. Also available with fried tofu.
YELLOW CURRY (GF) *
Slightly milder than red and green curry, our yellow curry is cooked with coconut milk, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, onions, broccoli and fried tofu.
BANGKOK RED CURRY (GF) **
A timeless Thai classic dish. This rich curry features red chili paste simmered with coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, basil, bamboo shoots, bell peppers and your choice of chicken, pork or tofu.
GREEN CURRY (GF) **
Grilled flat iron steak served sizzling in a hot stone bowl with aromatic green curry, kaffir lime leaves, Thai eggplant and Thai basil simmered in coconut milk.
SALMON GARLIC FRIED RICE
Jasmine rice stir-fried in flavorful garlic paste, red bell pepper, carrot and green onions. Topped with grilled garlic butter salmon fillet.
PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE
A generous portion of succulent crab meat stir-fried with jasmine rice, egg, onions and tomatoes.

Great Thai food in a upscale atmosphere.
I have been a fan of Thai food for decades so I feel qualified to offer an educated review of this place.
This is one one of the better places I've been in any city that offers this great cuisine.
This place not a front for takeout. It's a serious restaurant with all the makings of the quality one hopes for in a good restaurant. Great service, authentic and creative food, and a large dining area with differing atmospheres in separate areas of the restaurant.
This is a great place to take a person being introduced to Thai food. The menu explains and pictures all their items in stylish fashion.
While slightly higher priced than most takeout places it's worth every penny for the extra quality and care offered.
Clean and comfortable place with great Thai food and mindful service.
Ownership cares here and it shows.

We started with the appetizer sampler that was super fun. My favorite item on that was the shrimp cake.
I absolutely loved my spicy passion fruit margarita. It was the perfect amount of sweet, sour, and spice.
My one star off is for the crispy garlic chicken that wasn't very garlicky at all and very sweet. To be fair, the server did tell me it would be sweet. But it didn't have much depth and was a little mall- like for me. The Angry Ocean, though was incredible and came in a heated dish shaped pot. The flavors were incredible .
We had four people and reservations.

Above my expectations! Their chef was on top chef and won some awards with some of their dishes!
The crispy garlic chicken was good! The pad thai flavor was good, but the noodle texture was too soggy. The drunken noodles were good, but I wish we got pad see ew. The pineappple fried rice was good, but nothing crazy. Really decent thai food, but also pretty expensive.
